Arriving

  1. Once your booking is finalized, we kindly request the full names of the guests due to the new policies implemented by Reserva Conchal. Once we have this information, we will promptly send you a QR code that can be presented at the main gate. This QR code will ensure you can enter and exit Reserva Conchal with ease and convenience throughout your stay.

  3. We will send you a personalized door code via email, making it easy for you to access the condo during your stay. Additionally, the Wi-Fi username and password will be provided upon registration for your convenience.

  4. Upon entering, you’ll find three air conditioning controls conveniently located in the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and the living room. As a proud eco-friendly condo, we encourage you to help us maintain a sustainable environment by minimizing heat entry. Please remember to keep doors closed and turn off the AC when leaving the condo. Thank you for your cooperation!

  5. The private terrace is the ideal place to unwind, offering breathtaking ocean views. Nestled within Reserva Conchal, you'll be surrounded by a vibrant habitat of diverse wildlife and birds. We apologize in advance for any occasional bird waste, as our cleaning crew strives to maintain a pristine environment. If you notice any bird droppings, please don't hesitate to let us know, and we will promptly send someone to address the situation. Thank you for your understanding!

  6. The fourth bed is an elegant and extremely comfortable queen-size Murphy bed located in the living room. If needed, simply pull down the wooden frame to reveal it. You'll find the sheets and comforter conveniently stored in the closet of the second bedroom.

  7. Gym facilities: You’ll find a card for gym access on the table in the foyer, located inside an orange envelope. This card provides entry to the gym during operating hours. Please note that if the card is lost, a replacement fee of $100 will be charged.

  8. The Concierge service: is at your disposal. Below are the details to contact them if you wish to inquire about shuttle services or any other assistance:

  9. Beach Club: You have access to the Beach Club pool. To get there, simply follow the main road straight without any deviations, and you’ll find the entrance at the very end. The Beach Club features a restaurant and a pool, and you also have access to kayaks on a first-come, first-served basis, though there’s usually plenty of availability. At the entrance, a staff member from Reserva may ask for your name and where you’re staying—just tell them "Malinche 25A." Enjoy your time!

  10. Please remember that all reservations in homes and condominiums are self-catering experiences. You are responsible for providing your own food and supplies. While a limited supply of cleaning and bathroom products will be provided upon your arrival, you will need to restock these items as needed during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

  11. Check-in and check-out cleanings are included in your stay. For rentals of six nights or more, a midweek cleaning is also provided. If you require additional cleaning services, they can be arranged for an extra fee. Please feel free to ask for more information on this service. Should you need assistance, we would be happy to arrange a grocery delivery for your convenience at an additional cost.
