There are two buildings, “A” and “B.”

Our condo is located in Building “A,” offering a truly unique experience. Unlike the other condos, ours features impressive vaulted ceilings, as there are no upper-floor units. Its prime positioning, further away from the other units, enhances the sense of privacy and tranquility. This thoughtful architectural design allows you to fully immerse yourself in the breathtaking natural surroundings, free from the distractions of noise.

It undoubtedly boasts the finest ocean views in Reserva Conchal, visible from every corner of the condo, offering a true sense of oneness with nature. You'll feel completely immersed in the serene surroundings. Additionally, with shared areas situated in front of Building “B”, privacy is seamlessly ensured.

The pool is exclusively available to Malinche condo residents. Enjoy the family-friendly kids area or relax and swim on the quieter side.
